Tonypandy Mobility Centre only post items within the UK and orders are usually delivered
via Royal Mail. Orders up to 1kg will be sent First Class, orders over 1kg
will be sent via Standard Parcels Service. Please note a signature is always required.
Items are always sent within 1-3 days of ordering.
Returns
Tonypandy Mobility Centre operate a full refund and exchange policy. If you have goods
you wish to return:
Contact our customer service representative for a returns merchandise
authorisation code (RMA) within seven days of receipt of the goods.

Bank Holidays.
They will give you the RMA code and advise you on the method of postage for the
return. All items to be returned must be accompanied with the correct RMA code
or the claim will not be accepted. Reasons for return and liability;
If you are unhappy with your purchase:
You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days
of receipt.
Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace
an item damaged during return transit. Please include a note stating reason and
RMA code. We will refund the cost of the item but not the return postage.
If the item is defective:
Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating
damage or defect and RMA code. We will refund the cost of the item but not the return postage.
